Part of the Screen Snapshots series, this is a segment of a behind-the-scenes visit to the incredible Monte Carlo set of Foolish Wives, perched on a cliffside just outside Santa Cruz, California.
This fragment was restored from a 35mm nitrate print held at the Library of Congress. A new negative was created nad is held in the San Francisco Silent Film Collection at the Library of Congress. A hand tinted and toned print of the film was also created.
